We booked this Hotel for 2 Nights from the 21st to 23rd April through the Accor App and WOW we're we impressed. After walking from Zurich HB Train Station to Hotel (about 850 metres) in a bit of a snow blizzard we we entered this hotel and my God it is so cool and funky. We were greeted by a lovely lady in reception who checked us in and answered all our questions and was so lovely. Went up to our room on the 7th Floor and what a magnificently presented room which was also so functional ( also included free mini bar) Beds so so comfortable, great shower, sensor light in toilet , great for that middle of night excursion. We ventured downstairs after organising ourselves for a pre dinner drink and the bar like the rest of the hotel just exudes coolness. But one of our highlights was dinner in their Restaurant Neni, we had the pleasure of having Babou as our waitress and what an absolutely beautiful person, with the food which was nothing short of spectacular (especially Desert) and her service and helpfulness it turned into a special memorable evening, so thank you. So my conclusion would be if your visiting Zurich and you want to stay somewhere fun, cool, funky as well as super comfortable then this is the place for you.

Best address in Zurich; super convenient near HB, pleasant staff, and all facilities in good shape. Breakfast is still very good and puts a smile on your face for the day. Small shop at ground floor used to have more ‘unusual’ stuff and these days looks little neglected.

Chris and the team are the best! Always feels like coming to 2nd home in Zurich. Cozy room, great SPA, free Beer and Swiss chocolate bars, always happy to be back. Morning breakfast is tip top, excellent Qualtity, and top staffing. Love the Swiss muesli and various fresh selection of confectioneries. This hotel is a special one from Zurich. Best Swiss 25hours team. Thanks to Chris - FOM. See you guys soon again!

Fantastic Hotel! If you looking for a Accor branded hotel in Zurich, 25hours on Langstrasse would have to be it. The hotel staff are super friendly and highly service oriented, especially Aixa and the entire front office desk. The team is always eager to help and solve any issues. Nothing is a problem for them. The in-house restaurant is good and so are the bar staff. This is my second time at 25hours Langstrasse and the consistency of service is high. The facilities are always in top condition and I love the funky style of rooms. I've never stayed at any other hotel with such a unique style and concept. The mini-bar is all free (and full of high quality beverages)! I found the location good and a 8-10min walk to the main Zurich HB train station. Its a longer walk to the lake edge (my be 20/25 mins). This was my only downside to the property. In summary, I would continue to stay here whenever I come back to Zurich. Great service, staff and facilities, what more do you want!

Retro cool vibe

I loved this hotel. Walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof and with a retro vibe: the hotel radiates cool. We stayed in the trainspotting suite with views of the lines coming into the station; the suite is huge, comfortable and decked out with 70s decor including a Polaroid camera and record player. The included breakfast actually means an amazing brunch served at weekends I think till 2pm - I wish all hotels did this! The destination bar was packed and buzzy. Service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were uber helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to Simon at the desk who sourced some WD40 to oil our suitcase wheel so it could actually be trundled to the station. How many hotels are that helpful?
